Dr. Spring has been my dentist for the last eight years. Prior to that, due to my fear of visiting a dentist, I did not make regular appointments. Despite the fact that I really wanted good healthy teeth, I did not have the courage to do anything about it.
Eventually I made my first appointment with Dr. Spring. When I entered the practice I was warmly greeted by her and her staff. As a normally very relaxed person, I explained my fear. She put me at ease immediately explaining that all treatments are more or less pain free. She explained everything as she carried out the check-up, I was very lucky as I just needed a scale and polish. I felt very relieved and promised that I would return every 6 months – Dr. Spring agreed to send out a reminder so that I would have no excuse.
Over the last number of years I have received great advice on how I could improve my teeth. Dr. Spring expressed concern that I was grinding my teeth, explaining that this would eventually wear down my teeth. She suggested that I wear a teeth protector at night and I followed her advice.
My next step was to get my teeth straightened – a huge step for a person in her fifties. Again I asked Dr. Spring for her advice and she encouraged me all the way. I am absolutely delighted with the result – I feel a lot better about smiling now. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
On my most recent visit Dr. Spring advised that I get a new teeth protector (for my newly straightened teeth) to wear at night and finally I have started the process of whitening my teeth.
I am absolutely delighted with the care and treatment I have received. I would encourage anyone who is nervous about having treatment to pay her a visit and you will have no regrets. I feel much more confident in every way.
I would like to thank Dr. Spring and her staff. She is friendly, very supportive and encouraging. Thanks to her, my fear has gone and hopefully I will have most of my teeth for the rest of my life.
3 Cheers for Dr. Spring!
